Participants eligible for application are those who visited the okbase booth at Design Festa vol.59 (May 18th at 10:00~14:00).
Applications for this lottery sales can only be made through the lottery sales reception page (hereinafter referred to as "this site").

2. Application Method and Communication Fees
Each individual is allowed to apply only once.
Applications for this lottery sales can be made via smartphones or tablets. Please note that applications may not be accepted from feature phones or certain models.
The connection and communication fees incurred during the application process shall be borne by the applicant.
Minors are required to obtain consent from their legal guardians before applying. In some cases, age restrictions may be imposed on applications.
3. Winning
Only winning participants will be contacted via the email address registered on the lottery sales reception form.
The winning notification email will be sent from okbase.official@openkidsbase.co.jp.
Customers who have set restrictions such as domain filtering, specified reception, or rejection of emails with URLs in the body may not receive emails from this address. Please add the domain @openkidsbase.co.jp to your specified reception settings before applying.
Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries or claims regarding winning or related matters.
Once the personal information is entered on this site, it cannot be changed.
If the applicant has not entered truthful and accurate data when inputting information on the personal information page, or if contact cannot be made due to reasons such as changes in the email address or phone number of the winner, the right to win will be invalidated.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is true and accurate. The Company shall not be liable for any responsibility in case the purchase of the product cannot be made due to untrue or inaccurate information provided.
The right to purchase the product by winning belongs solely to the winner, and under no circumstances can this right be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash to a third party.
4. Receipt of Winning Products
Please visit the okbase booth at Design Festa vol.59 (May 18th and 19th) within the specified period mentioned in the winning email. If you are unable to visit during this period, we will cancel your winning.
Only the winner themselves are allowed to receive the product. (Proxy reception is not allowed)
When purchasing the product, you will need to present (a) the winning email for this lottery sales and (b) the original copy of one of the following identification cards (with a photo). Please note that we may refuse to sell if these documents are not presented, if an expired identification card is presented, if a copy of the identification card is presented, or if it is impossible to confirm that the person who visited is the winner.

Please follow the instructions of the okbase staff for the receipt of the product. Please note that we may refuse sales to customers who do not follow the instructions of the okbase staff.
Please note that the delivery of the product may be changed unavoidably depending on the situation on the day.
5. Other Notes
Please note that the lottery sales and rules may be subject to unavoidable changes depending on the circumstances.
We do not accept withdrawals, changes in product types, or changes in personal information after application.
Except for defective products, we do not accept returns. Also, we do not accept exchanges of products under any circumstances.
Regardless of whether actual resale profits have been obtained for products purchased in this lottery sales, we prohibit the sale or transfer to third parties for the purpose of obtaining resale profits, regardless of internet auctions, face-to-face sales, or any other methods.
6. Cancellation of Winning Rights, etc.
If an applicant or winner falls under any of the following items, the Company may immediately cancel the winning rights or take measures such as restricting applications. If the product has already been handed over, we may ask you to return it. Furthermore, if the Company suffers damage, the Company may claim compensation for the damage from the applicant or winner.

⑤ If hindering, destroying, or restricting the functions of software, hardware, communication equipment, etc. by hacking, crashing, spamming, or other methods, thereby interfering with the operation of this campaign.
⑥ If there is a violation of the application conditions or any of the terms of this agreement.
⑦ If there are any other inappropriate actions judged by the Company to be disadvantageous or damaging to third parties.
7. Changes, Interruptions, Suspension, Termination of this Lottery Sales
The Company may change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate all or part of this lottery sales without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such changes, interruptions, suspensions, or terminations.
8. Disclaimer
The Company does not bear any responsibility for damages suffered by applicants or third parties due to the following reasons, although we take great care in providing information about this lottery sales: However, this disclaimer does not apply to damages caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
① If emergencies such as accidents on software or hardware, fires, power outages, deterioration of communication environment, natural disasters, etc. occur when applying for this lottery sales.
